By requesting a quote (over the phone or via email) or placing an order (over the phone or via email or our website, www.TeamScreenLA.com), or by delivering shirts to our shop (in person or shipped 3rd party) to be printed: You agree to these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions are NOT negotiable.

Interpretation
"We" or "Company" or "Us" refers to Team Screen LA. "You" or "Customer" means the person, or organization that places a quote or order with Team Screen LA.

Acceptance of Terms
All services provided by Team Screen LA, are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

NOTE: Team Screen LA is a Screen Printing and Design Company based Los Angeles. We specialize in apparel decoration. We do not re-sell "Blank Garments". All services are "Custom".

 

All Customers placing orders and or quotes are bound by these terms. Team Screen LA may make updates to these terms and conditions at any time.

All orders must be submitted through the website, www.TeamScreenLA.com.

Payment Policy
A full payment must be received to begin proofing, production, file creation or modifications. Your credit card will be charged if supplied when placing an order and when approving a quote. Please use our quote form for a price estimate prior to placing an order if you prefer to see the most accurate total before being charged.  

Files
Any original media (discs, pictures, slides, proofs, etc.) are non-returnable and become our property unless pre-arrangements are made in writing. Please keep a copy of your file/s in your possession should you wish to make a reorder as we do not keep all artwork on file. Any screens used for printing are the property of Team Screen LA. We are not responsible for any errors contained in your transmitted files, including but not limited to typos, misspellings, improper design, layout, or color variance.

Color & Printing Material Disclaimer
The colors you see on a monitor may vary greatly from the final printed product. This is because all monitors are calibrated differently. Team Screen LA is not responsible for color variances or dissatisfaction due to a color issue of any kind. Variations such as color can also vary depending on the way the item was manufactured. Sizing, color and other variations may also occur with apparel garments and accessories received from the manufacturer. We are not responsible for these variances as they are beyond our control. There are acceptable tolerances that we hold for each printed item. We are not responsible in any way if the final piece does not meet your expectations and deem if it is a legitimate printing defect. Team Screen LA uses their discretion to determine what is an actual printing error and what is acceptable within industry standards.

Fabric Printing and Distortion of Graphics
Due to the process of printing fabric products, some slight distortion of your graphic max occur. This is typically more evident in perfectly symmetrical or geometric shapes (such as squares, rectangles, circles and ovals). The tolerance for this distortion is monitored closely by our quality control staff, however, Team Screen LA has the sole discretion to deem what is and is not within that tolerance and therefore acceptable.
 

Printing Over Seams
In any case where a graphic is being applied over the seam, or within close proximity to any seam or construction element of a product, imperfections in the graphic will occur. While Team Screen LA does strive for the highest level of quality, these imperfections will occur, and products with these imperfections will be deemed acceptable at our sole discretion. Team Screen LA is not responsible, financially or otherwise, for print imperfections caused by the construction of any product.

Placement of Graphics on For Screenprinting and Embroidery
Please note that the exact placement of your graphic may vary up to 1" in any direction, and it may vary from piece to piece within an order. Placement may also vary slightly from order to order, if the product is produced more than one time. While Team Screen LA will do everything we can to avoid these shifts, and to match our digital mock-ups as precisely as possible, variance in placement will occur in some fashion on all orders. The tolerance for this variation is up to our sole discretion, Team Screen LA has the sole discretion to deem what is and is not within that tolerance and therefore acceptable.

Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are an estimate, not a guarantee. Turnaround begins after receipt of final proof approval and is quoted as an estimate in working business days. Weekends, holidays and shipping transit times are not included. Although we make every possible effort to turn jobs around in the estimated times offered, your job may require more time due to unforeseeable issues, proofing, design/layout, uncontrollable circumstances, and/ or finishing services Team Screen LA, is not responsible in any way for delays of any kind including but not limited to; lack of proof approval, deposit not received, miscommunications or incorrect contact info, lack of quote or mock up approval, shipping carrier delays, package damage or loss, holidays, proofing, equipment breakdown at Team Screen LA, Inc. or one of its suppliers, mid-production changes, volume of orders in production, etc.

File Creation, Editing and Layout
Artwork modifications can be completed for an additional non-refundable cost. Cost and turn-around can vary greatly based on the project and the current workflow, please contact us for an estimate. Payment for File Creation or Editing must be made prior to working on the project. We will do our best to estimate the turn around time for a project or adjustments to your files; however, We are not responsible for any delays during the design process and cannot guarantee a time frame for its completion. If you do not receive your digital or hard copy proof within the estimated timeline please contact us immediately. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of approving your proof please contact us immediately. All hard-copy proofs must be returned prior to printing and include an approval confirmation email approving the proof. Team Screen LA is not responsible if you are not fully satisfied or there are typographical errors in the final printed material.

Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the complexity of the custom printing process, All Sales are Final on Custom Printed items. Cancellations can only be made only prior to work being done on the job, including design/layout, plating, printing, ordering of materials, or production of screens to avoid partial or the full cost of the job depending on the work completed. If garments were already taken out of stock to process your order, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. If you submitted art files to us that needed to be re-created, then cancel your order, Standard Rates will Apply to the Design Process. In the event that a cancelation is permitted, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or to your Team Screen LA account for future use. It is up to Team Screen LA to decide if a refund, or credit will be issued. If a refund is being issued: Checks can take up to two weeks to process before we can refund any payment, which must be refunded to the original name on the check. Refunds made to credit cards may take 10 business days or longer depending on your card provider to appear on your account, We have no control over this time period. If you paid cash in our lobby we must refund you via check or credit to your account for future use if not canceled same day as payment was accepted.
Courtesy credits given by Team Screen LA to use towards a future order not related to actual cash owed to the customer are only valid for 1 year from the issue date and are not redeemable for cash.
 

Shipping
Team Screen LA. is not responsible for any loss, stolen packages, damaged or shipping delays caused by a delivery carrier or uncontrollable weather or holiday delays. Adjustments or Corrections to the supplied address charged by the carrier to Team Screen LA, will be billed to the account or credit card provided for the original order without prior notification. Changes including but not limited to; package interception, packages returned to Team Screen LA, re-shipment costs, address changes or corrections made by the shipping carrier to ensure delivery. Team Screen LA is not responsible for charges passed on to Team Screen LA by the shipping carrier. Please be sure to enter your address in full including any apartment or suite numbers.

Third Party Shipping Account Numbers
Team Screen LA does not accept the use of Third Party Shipping Account Numbers without prior authorization, which may include a credit check. Any approved use of a Third party shipping account in which charges are reverted to Team Screen LA will be charged to the card provided or billed without prior notification. We reserve the right to refuse the use of any third party shipping account at any time for any reason.

International Shipments
If you are shipping outside of the United States, you or the recipient of your order will be required to pay any duties and taxes as determined by the nations customs in order to obtain possession of the shipment. Team Screen LA insures and declares all international shipments for their actual per piece value. Team Screen LA and the delivery carrier are not responsible for these charges, nor can they be estimated in advance. Duties and taxes are based on the recipient government's retail value of the goods received. Team Screen LA ships internationally as a courtesy and will not be held responsible for any fees. If you have any further questions regarding international shipping please contact the customs department of your desired destination prior to the shipment of your order.

Overages & Shortages
As with any manufacturing, quantities on all orders are subject to a variance, typically no more than 10% over/under. If you need exact quantities be sure to plan for this percentage to be over or under. It is recommended to order extra pieces or quantities to account for possible shortages, as we cannot fill the order if it does not meet minimum ordering requirements. However, a credit back will be provided to you on any shortages.

Your Content
We are not responsible for the content you provide to us. Specifically, We are not responsible for any content that violates trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the use of a union bug or other certifications not held by Team Screen LA.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense including attorneys' reasonable fees related to your violation of this Agreement. You specifically agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any and all claims arising from the improper use of trademark, copyright, or other protected material.

Other Terms and Conditions
Claims for damages, defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within 10 working days after the delivery of the product.

Team Screen LA reserves the right to deem any order acceptable and refuse a reprint or refund request. In the event that the product is deemed to be defective the full quantity of the job must be returned prior to a reprint or refund.

Team Screen LA liability shall be limited to the stated sales price of any goods that Team Screen LA has deemed to be defective or damaged. Team Screen LA will not be liable for any consequential damages or profit loss.

Team Screen LA reserves the right to use any items designed and/or produced in future promotional pieces such as catalogs, fliers, websites or any other promotional material. If you do not wish to be included please send a written request along with your purchase order. Call us if you do not receive confirmation that your written request was received. Team Screen LA is not liable if the written request is not received with each order.

Team Screen LA is not responsible if your client has becomes aware of us as the print source. We do offer blind shipping, however cannot be held liable if your client determines the packages origin or comes to our offices to pick up their print order or if blind shipping is not executed. When using a third-party's credit card we will need to provide them an invoice receipt if requested.

All printed material or manufactured materials used to print is subject to variances Team Screen LA is the sole decider to deem a product defective or tolerable within industry standards.

Team Screen LA reserves the right to charge warehousing fee if an order does not ship upon completion due to lack of shipping criteria provided, or if the order is not picked up within 30 days from its completion date.

All items left at Team Screen LA for more than 60 days will be donated to a local charity, or Goodwill.

We reserve the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization.

For legal purposes, the venue for any dispute shall be Los Angeles County, California U.S.A
