File Formatting:
What file formats do you accept?
Vector PDF and PNG Files.
Photoshop -Flatten your artwork and keep it on one layer. Your background should be kept transparent.
Illustrator - Group your artwork together. All text should be converted to outlines.
What size should my files be?
All files created in Photoshop should be submitted as 300 dpi images, and saved to the size that you want us to print your image.
Files that are sent in at 72 dpi will not be used. If the only version you have of your art is 72 dpi, we can re-create you logo/design in illustrator and save it as a vector image.
Files created in Illustrator should be saved as the size that you want them printed. All text should be converted to outlines.
Frequently Asked Question: Can I take an image that is 72 dpi and re-size it to a 300 dpi image?
Absolutely not! No matter what, and image printed from a 72 dpi image will not look good.

Custom Designs:
I have a drawing, can you print it on a shirt for me?
Yes, but first we have to recreate your image in Illustrator, and save it as a vector. Once we're finished, we will give you a copy of the file so you that you have a print ready version for future use. If you would like us to Vector your art file, please email your design to: info@TeamScreenLA.com
Do you guys make custom designs?
Yes, email us the details of your design. Be sure too include any sketches and screen shots that you have. The more information that you provide, the better understanding we will have when it comes to the overall look and aesthetic of your custom design. Once we receive the details for your custom design, we can send you a price quote. Prices reflect your custom design along with 3 revisions.
What is the standard turn around time?
Turnaround time for custom design work is an estimated 10-14 business days.

I'm printing 100 shirts, and have 4 different designs. Will I be charged the 100 unit price, or the 25 unit price?
You will be charged the 25 unit price. In order to receive the 100 unit price, you have to order 100 units of the same print.

DTG Printing is Full Color. We can print anything from a cartoon image to a full color photograph using our DTG machines.
Can you guys match my Pantone colors?
No. DTG printing is done using CMYK inks. Slight variations in color may occur.

Do you offer 3D Embroidery?
Yes, we do. We can embroider your logo using 3D techniques as long as your design allows for it. 3D embroidery is best with a design that is made of thicker, bolder Imagery.
How many colors can my logo be?
We can embroider up to 6 colors.
What is the max size for Snapback Hat embroidery?
4.5" wide x 2.5" tall
Can I add a second embroidery location to my order?
Yes, we have several options. Additional fees may apply.
